Qualifications

 

3X Rent in Monthly Income

Gross monthly income must be at least 3 times the rent of the property for which you are applying and must be fully verified.

Credit Check

We require a 600+ credit score. We will consider a co-signer for those who do not have any credit that is reporting.

Background Check

A criminal Background check will be completed on all occupants 18 years of age and older and the findings will be consdered along with the other requirements. Any prior housing/evictions records may prevent approval.

Good Rental History

We will call previous landlords for reference and to verify that you’ve paid rent on time, took care of the home and gave proper notice when vacating.

(Falsifying information on an application will be grounds for immediate rejection of the application.)
